Agicultural Office Tenant Improvements
Federal Construction Group, Inc. is tasked to demo & disposal of existing VCT flooring, cabinets, counter tops, and sinks in the Agriculture Office of the CBP Head House. The project includes the installation of new vinyl plank flooring with rubber roll stock cove base, laboratory base & wall cabinetry, and East, South and sink/grinder area stainless steel counter tops. The sink/grinder area will include (2) new sinks and (2) gooseneck faucets w/ (1) faucet-mounted eyewash. The existing grinder is to be reinstalled in the new casework underneath right-hand sink. Office appliances are to be isolated on separate circuits in order to prevent power drainage and new telecom outlets to be installed at new workstation locations. Install new locker system on East wall.
