Federal Construction Group, Inc. is tasked to:

1. Chamber 524
a. Repair wall as needed and reinstall existing shelf/shelf support in judge’s robbing room.
b. Remove all hooks, nails, etc. in all walls throughout chamber. Patch, repair, and paint all walls, columns, and existing painted doors and frames in chamber. *Note: Existing paint color is not building standard white.
c. Paint all hard lid ceilings throughout chamber as indicated by stipple pattern.

d. Reinstall switch box and/or switch cover plate so that the switch plate is flush with wall.
e. Repair separating wood elements at built-in bookcases in the library, inner chamber, and law clerks offices (i.e. reattach the front edge of the bookshelves)

2. Chamber 421
a. Repair separating wood elements at built-in bookcases in the library, inner chamber, and law clerks offices (i.e. reattach the front edge of the bookshelves).
b. Replace chipped laminate bank at this shelf location (see DWG as an extension of this SOW).
c. Replace yellowing banding at existing shelves and cabinet doors. Remove existing and provide new clear caulking at the break/work room and supply closet laminate surfaces.
