Power for CIP Virtual Simulation (D41R1006)

Federal Construction Group, Inc. is tasked to prepare Room 34 of Building 31598 for the installation of customer provided Virtual Simulation Equipment for Integration and Interoperability (I&I) Equipment.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Remove existing 225KVA 120/208V transformer and replace with a new 750KVA 120/208V transformer. Reuse existing slab and connect secondary to new 2000A
Switchboard. Remove existing 800A 120/208V switchboard and replace with a new 2000A switchboard. Provide new 400A panelboard in Room 2A. Room 2A is a high
security vault; provide required seal for SCIF level security. Provide 6” PVC for cable pass-through from Section 2A into Section 2. Walls of Section 2A consist of
approximately 8”-10” masonry and/or rebar reinforced concrete with expanded metal sheeting. Provide 2 new 100A circuits for future use. Provide 2 new 20A 120V
receptacles in Room 1. Provide 10 new 30A 208V NEMA L14-30 receptacles in Room 2A. Provide 2 new 20A 120V receptacles in Room 35. Provide 2 stub ups with (2) 24”
x 24” x 16” junction boxes for future equipment southwest of transformer pad.
