FedCon/South Bay Joint Venture is tasked to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to renovate several rooms and a hallway in building 2007, JBSA Lackland AFB, Texas. All work shall comply with all state, local and federal laws and regulations, and applicable code requirements. FedCon/South Bay Joint Venture responsible for obtaining all operating and construction permits, and permitting actions required by codes having jurisdiction on JBSA Lackland AFB, Texas. We are to be the architect/engineer and constructor of record for this project. FedCon/South Bay Joint Venture is to be responsible for the professional quality, constructability, technical accuracy and coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications and other documents or publications upon which construction is based. The architectural/engineering features of the work shall be accomplished, reviewed and approved by licensed professionals to practice in their respective professional field in a state or possession of the United States.
We are to provide a complete design (95% and 100% design submittals) under this design-build contract renovate 3 rooms and a halfway within building 2007, as required by this Statement of Work (SOW) to include: itemized cost estimate, equipment and/or material selection, investigations and testing as required, referenced design instructions and 100% design & shop drawings as required for construction. Contractor shall provide final red-line as-built drawings (to include shop drawings) stamped/sealed by the FedCon/South Bay Joint Venture Engineer of Record (Professional Engineer) for all engineering disciplines, including any/all drawings provided by manufacturers. Fire suppression drawings shall be stamp/sealed by certified/licensed Fire Protection Engineer.
