Federal Construction Group, Inc. is tasked to demolish two existing energy management lighting control systems in building 10 and replace them with two new energy management lighting control  systems. The new lighting control systems shall have complete wiring schematics that will showpoint to point wiring terminations, wire labels, locations of devices and components.

SCOPE OF WORK:
A. Demolish the existing lighting control system in building 10 which controls the hallways, cubicle rooms on three floors and the outside lights. See attachments for the existing system details and locations. Demolish the first floor conference rooms 1 through 5 OCS lighting
control system. See attachments for the existing system details and locations. All of the existing light fixtures shall remain.
B. Replace both systems with new stand-alone lighting systems which shall replace all of the existing devices, control panels, modules and any other components needed to make these complete and usable systems. The new system shall have the same features as the existing systems and control the same fixtures as the existing systems. The new systems shall be up to date lighting systems, shall replace all of the existing components with new and be compatible with the existing light fixtures. The existing wire, conduit, boxes and electrical power can be reused as long as it meets the manufactures recommendations.  The new system shall come with one laptop computer and software for both systems.
Give the government 14 days’ notice before any power outages and testing is performed. There shall be a training class for each system including O & M manuals and complete wiring diagrams of the new systems. All new devices shall be labeled with room and circuit numbers if applicable. All wires and cables that are terminated shall be labeled.
