Building 918 and building 920 are Transient barracks that house WTI personnel during (2) training evolutions twice a year for approximately (4) months of the year. Both facilities are currently occupied by WTI personnel. Both facilities are currently under construction with Energy Improvement Projects to improve the energy efficiency of the facilities. While under construction, contract personnel attempted to attach Carbon Monoxide sensors to the Fire Alarm Control Panel to complete their contract requirements. Both Fire Alarm control panels show that the programming of the fire alarm systems are corrupted which leaves the facilities unprotected by fire alarming. Currently the Fire Department is requiring personnel to stand fire watch in these facilities. This issue is beyond the expertise of I&L Personnel and must be repaired by certified contract personnel.
Federal Construction Group, Inc. is tasked to troubleshoot the fire alarm control panels in building 918 & 920 per UFC and NFPA.

Upon completion test the system.
Work shall be complete and usable per UFC & NFPA.
